Install the Tenant App

IMPORTANT: Installing the Tenant App is completely different compared to installing a regular app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. So don't rush off to your standard app store, you won't find us there!

Before you start the installation, make sure you've opened Tenant in one of our supported browsers and you're not browsing in Incognito mode.

In Android & Desktop, alternatively the app can also be installed by pressing the Install Now button.

iOS and iPadOS

  • Open the share Share menu, available at the bottom or top of the browser.
  • Click Add to Home Screen
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to install.

    • Once installed app appear in the home screen, Spotlight's search, Siri Suggestions, and App Library search.

    Android

  • Tap the ··· menu in the top right of your browser
  • Tap Install in the installation pop-up
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to install.

    • Once installed app appear in the home screen.

    Chrome on Windows and MacOS

  • Tap the share Install Icon at the top right or Click the ··· menu in the top right of Chrome
  • Choose Save and Share
  • Select Install Tenant...
  • Click Install in the installation pop-up.

    • Safari on MacOS

  • Click the share Share button in the top right of Safari
  • Choose Add to Dock
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to install.
  • Select Add

    • Note: Please make sure to use the latest version of the supported browsers to have a fast and safe browsing experience.
